(French only) have been produced in primary and secondary classrooms, in order to document real-world testing of the lignedutemps, and to observe the pedagogical approaches of teachers when using the application and its contents.

Ideas and Cultural Expression: Making Connections

A pedagogical scenario developed in English has recently been added to growing collection of public resources. This scenario explores connections between currents of thought and cultural expression in Quebec from 1500 to the present day. Access it and its associated timeline via the Public resources menu within the application, or view it here.
How to create a scenario?

Introduction : Create or Edit a scenario

Whether you choose to create a new scenario, edit one you have created or access a shared scenario, the same options and the same functions will be available to you. The interface for creating or for modify a scenario is divided into three sections:

It is also possible for you to View the scenario, from the perspective of the student is expected to complete the scenario as part of their tasks.

Important note : while you are creating a new scenario or modifying an old one, the changes are NOT saved automatically. You should SAVE your work regularly to avoid loss of work. If you close the web page window (or quit your Internet browser) the last changes will be lost. To attempt to avoid this an alert window will remind you to save upon closing windows or quiting the application.

For similar reasons, do NOT click the Reload button on your browser. Again, your work will be lost.

And finally, before quitting the application manually click to Log me out from within the application. This will resave your work, and it will also prevent others from accessing you account and inadvertently making changes.
